This isn’t entirely relevant but could you check back in on LCID when you get a chance?

Saw an article saying Capgemini is paying 76.5 per share for WNS. should we expect shares to rise to that or hold at ~74.75? Is there some loss of value between the $3.3B purchase and the stock price?

I dont trust articles at all. I put out a note and post yesterday. It is possible to go to $76.50...but if it does, it will likely be brief (so short of a timespan you wont catch it). when a company is acquired, the price shoots up, then stays flat. I offloaded the shares already. NFA...but my thoughts is to take profit. It wont go anywhere from here.

Tim I'm a bit out of the loop. I see you put updates of the website in the chat but is this something for the substack people or a new subscription?

Bruh. Your market analysis is spot on but consider keeping your posts positive. No one wants the people down and poor etc etc, quite the opposite. The conspiracy negativity is not a good look on you. As a 25 year cybersecurity pro I would like to point out that you’re missing a Huge piece of the concern around TikTok. Uuuuuge. Google it. Sure it’s entertaining but it’s misleading to the poorly educated masses. It’s easily recreated.

Im not a cybersecurity pro. But I am a pro at tracking down where money moves. And that speaks more than anything. If they dont want people "down and misled"...then there is ample opportunity for them to prove me wrong. But I am consistently seeing savings rate, delinquencies, homeownership, debt ratios, etc etc....always tell the opposite story.

I appreciate the kind comment at the beginning of your post. Im frankly just pissed, not at you or anything. If this was such a big issue, then why did it take so long to address? What about the other platforms that have literally testified to congress about selling our data to foreign countries (Meta at the top of my mind). If it was so apparent, why didnt cybersecurity people address this years ago? Additionally...what would your sentiment be, if you spent years building something great....only to have your own representatives take it away, when there are such bigger fish to fry.

If you can show me what the "huge" piece of concern is, with tangible evidence...that isnt already an issue with other tech companies, then Id be happy to change my tone. But thus far, no one has.

Saying and typing this all respectfully to you....just rather irritated by it all.
